Your Right to Cancel

• You may cancel your order within 7 days. 
• To cancel your order you must inform us by email or telephone with the details of the product(s) and confirming you are cancelling the order.
• Return the Products(s) to us immediately, in the same condition as you received them. Using The same postal service as sent out Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.
• In the event you cancel the order, the product(s) are returned at your own cost and risk.

Refunds / Defective Products

• When you return a product deemed defective to us, we will check the item on return, then contact and work with you to find the most appropriate outcome, refund, replacement etc.
• Free return postage for defective product(s) only.
• Return postage will not be refunded for items bought in error.
• Postage to return defective items will be refunded upon receipt of proof of posting.
